1. Return policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
2. What Items Are Eligible for Return?
- The product must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
- The item must be in a resalable condition, exactly as originally sold.
3. How to Initiate a Return*
- Please contact our customer service team via email at support@aitop.com.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.
- Please note: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
- If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For international returns, any paid duties and taxes cannot be refunded.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days.
